About the Role:

As the Sales Manager at World Gate, you will play a crucial role in overseeing our sales team and driving success in new and existing markets. You’ll lead a team of sales consultants, ensuring they deliver top-tier service to high-net-worth clients. You'll also work closely with senior leadership to shape sales strategies and ensure we continue to deliver the best global citizenship and residency solutions.

Your Responsibilities:

Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
Develop and implement sales strategies to support World Gate’s expansion into new markets.
Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients and key partners, ensuring long-term success.
Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring a smooth and efficient client experience.
Analyze market trends and client needs to identify new business opportunities.
